Hello, and welcome to Stone & Tide.

My journey began with a passion for massage therapy and a desire to help people feel more relaxed, grounded and connected to themselves. Over the years, working with clients has shown me just how powerful the simple act of slowing down can be. Massage is so much more than a treatment; it's an opportunity to pause, release the weight of everyday life and give yourself permission to rest.

As a therapist, I've always believed that wellbeing should feel accessible, welcoming and personal. Everyone deserves a little time to themselves, whether that's through a soothing massage, a nourishing skincare ritual or simply creating a peaceful moment in a busy day. This belief sits at the heart of everything I do and is what inspired me to grow Stone & Tide into something more than a treatment-based business.

Stone & Tide is an extension of my passion for holistic wellbeing and the little rituals that make us feel good. I've created a carefully curated collection of products from brands I love, alongside massage tools and practical essentials that can help enhance your treatments or bring a spa-inspired experience into your own home.

You'll also discover handmade soaps, candles, shampoo bars, wax melts, body scrubs and thoughtful gifts, chosen and created with the same love for comfort, relaxation and everyday self-care that inspired my journey as a therapist.
